OUR CLUB AMBASSADORS
FC National players have regular contact with our club ambassadors and consultants who are made up of former and current championed sports men and women. Whether it be one of our EPL or EFL players and coaches or world class, former Olympic athletes, our ambassadors are always keen to share what they know to add to the complete soccer package. Periodically our players have access to online motivational webinars and training sessions personally hosted by our ambassadors and consultants. Learning from the pros gives our players professional advice, education, and insight into what it takes to succeed at the very highest level of soccer.
MIKE EDWARDS
FC National - Performance Consultant
FORMER ENGLISH PRO SOCCER PLAYER
Mike is an English former professional soccer player. He has made over 550 professional appearances for Hull City, Colchester United, Grimsby Town, Carlisle United and Notts County. Mike is currently Head of Performance at Notts County FC and will be holding performance camps for our players at different times throughout the year. He will also be having regular contact with our players through virtual training programs.
Kirsty Linnett
FC National - Performance Consultant
FORMER ENGLISH PRO SOCCER PLAYER
Kirsty is a former English FA Women's Championship soccer forward who played for Liverpool FC Women. She played her debut game at Birmingham City W.F.C. where she would go on to play for five years. After Birmingham City, Kirsty joined Reading FC where she made 20 appearances. After playing one season at Reading, she then joined Liverpool where she made 36 appearances in her first two seasons, scoring six goals in the process. Kirsty has proudly represented her native country England on the U-15, U-17, U-19, and U-23 national teams. She will be working with our players during seasonal soccer camps when her professional soccer schedule allows.
Jérôme Romain
FC National - Speed & Fitness Consultant
FORMER OLYMPIAN & WORLD BRONZE MEDALIST
Jerome is a world class track and field athlete, coach and Olympian. As one of the world’s top Triple Jumpers he competed in the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, representing his country of Dominica. He won the bronze medal at the 1995 World Track & Field Championships. Also that year Jerome won the Silver medal in the Pan American Games and was awarded the prestigious Sisserou Award of Honour for the Commonwealth of Dominica. Jerome twice won the gold medal in the Central American and Caribbean Championships in 1995 and 1997. He is a 3-Time NCAA Runner-up and a 5-Time NCAA All-American at the University of Arkansas. He had the honor of being the Track & Field coach for Dominica at the 2008 Olympic Games. Jerome’s goal is to give our players the opportunity to improve their soccer performance by maximizing their levels of speed, strength and agility.
MICKY ADAMS

FORMER ENGLISH PRO SOCCER PLAYER & MANAGER
Micky is an English former professional soccer player and manager/head coach. He played in the English Premier League and played for clubs including Southampton, Leeds United, Stoke City, Fulham, Swansea, Coventry City and Gillingham. His managerial/head coach career was also extensive with the following clubs, Fulham, Brentford, Nottingham Forest, Brighton, Leicester, Coventry, Port Vale, Sheffield United, Tranmere Rovers and Sligo Rovers. Micky brings an amazing amount of experience to our club. He will be periodically hold sessions and camps for our players. Micky currently works with youth players all over the world. and is heavily involved in securing youth players with college scholarships and contracts with professional clubs.
ROY CARROLL
FC National - Goalkeeper Consultant
CURRENT HEAD GOALKEEPER COACH FOR IRISH FA & FORMER ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE CHAMPION
Roy is the current head goalkeeper coach for Irish FA and a former Northern Irish professional goalkeeper. He played for Manchester United, where he won a Premier League winners medal and the 2004 FA Cup and Wigan FC. He played in Greece for Olympiacos where he won the Greek Super League three times and the Greek Cup twice. He has also represented Northern Ireland 45 times at full international level, gaining his first cap in 1997, aged 19. Carroll has also had a one-game managerial career, leading Barnet to a 2–1 victory in the 2011 Herts Senior Cup final against Stevenage. Therefore, Roy holds the unusual honor of having won a trophy in his only game as a manager/head coach. Roy will have regular contact with our goalkeepers through virtual training programs.
RICHARD THOMAS

CURRENT WYCOME WANDERERS ASST COACH
FORMER WATFORD FC ACADEMY MANAGER
Richard is currently the Assistant coach for the Wycombe Wanderers and former Academy Manager at Watford FC of the English Premier League. He is also the former Wales Lady's National Team coach. Richard has a reputation for nurturing gifted young players and was also Academy Manager at Leyton Orient FC leading the U18’s to a league title. He was also assistant manager/head coach at Notts County. He places great emphasis on young players excelling both on and off the soccer field. Richard offers FC National players and families his professional insight into the stages of development of youth players within a Premier League club. He will hold video Q&A sessions with our players and families.
